Sean Chase is a health conscious, sports enthusiast, with a passion for working with youth.  He’s been coaching for 15 years and his coaching background includes tackle football, flag football, basketball, soccer and lacrosse.  He’s an avid flag football player and participates in many of the workout sessions he conducts with his athletes.  His goal, aside from athletic skill enhancement, is to promote a positive energy and a “can do” attitude that will benefit each athlete throughout all walks of life.

Under the direction of one on one coach Sean Chase, you can receive one-on-one sessions in:

  • Lacrosse skill development
  • Basketball skill development
  • Football skill enhancement and position specific skill development (QB, RB, WR, DB)
  • Speed, agility and conditioning for all sports including soccer, lacrosse, baseball, golf and tennis.
  • Youth gross motor skill development
  • Overall youth fitness

These personal workouts allow Sean to focus on individual skill enhancement. You will be surprised to see the dramatic improvements a one on one session can make. Sean’s unique training techniques give results that can come second to none.
